The office of Solicitor General is one of the moast impoartent poasts in the entire Governmental body. It takes somebody with EXTENSIVE knowledge of the workings of ALL aspects of the government to even be considered to be qualified for this HONOR.

To put it simply, Chuck Cooper is one of the greatest humans alive. He could have retired a multi-billionaire just from his published works alone because of his knowledge and compassion. He chose instead to help lead our Government in a HIGHLY CRITICAL office because he cares about every human being in the world.
