By chance I just spotted an interesting article on euphemisms.

Euphemisms are very useful weapons in the war against reality. We need more euphemisms to defeat reality, that's we need to achieve a BIG victory. A really big victory. the biggest.

Hang on. How do you make a profit if they only pay 100% of the cost?

You need a mark-up on the cost to make a pofit. A big profit.

On that basis it seems fair that Mexico should pay say 150% of the cost.

That is not enough because that only yields a once off profit.

Mexico should also pay rental fees for the land. And yearly maintenance fees.

Trump is a businessman you know. He understands the importance of making a gain.
