The Ice Man Cometh

The last time we had a major ice storm was maybe 15-18 years ago. Neighbors lost power but we didn't (how does that work?), then maybe 2 days into the ordeal our power went too. It was out for nearly a week... So here we are again, an ice storm approaches, the KC vs PITT playoff game was moved from noon tomorrow to 7 pm so that crews have more time to clear the roads.

Bought me a portable propane heater just in case

The rain finely stopped and it was about 70 degrees today. I think I will go to the local mountains to play in the snow a bit tomorrow though.
