Not the real potent ones, like the old days. A beer and a joint isn't the same thing.
It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

and I looked at the constelations and the face of the girl I was "in love" with appeared on the stars.

        Tends to suggest otherwise.

I forgot to ask -- is glamping glamorous camping?
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.

Yeah. It's for people who hate camping but feel they have to go because its trendy.

How could possibly go camping without ensuite bathrooms, fully stocked fridges and kitchen facilities?

                  What a dreadful thought>

The best spots for glamping in NSW (all a few hours' drive from Sydney) let you have a nature-filled adventure with all life's luxuries.

I'm all for it. It always seems a bit silly when people live in houses full of all the mod cons but insist that if they stay outdoors it has to be some primitive back to nature bull****.

What you are interested in is called a "resort".

                        This is camping:

                            but, but, but ........

Staying in a nice hotel seems cheaper than "glamping".

The correct way to camp is with an RV. The point isn't to deprive yourself of modern niceties, it's to get out into the middle of nowhere.
