there are a lot of street food places next to the many bars in syntagma square.
one has great burgers (with many different recipees)
it started there and then basically expanded in the whole city because it has great food and a solid brandname/deign/music/decor


but a comptetitor rose up next to it that has a marriage of mexicam and arabic food.

now I knew what burritos con carda???!!! were (mexican) but I never ate one.

I ate one, pretty good even though it had 3 pepper sign (hot)


then we went back and they said do you want it really hot? and I said yes, plenty


and I got destroyed.

my mouth and tongue flared up after two bites and I abandoned

not only that but I said we're taking it home because i'm going to eat it.
two bites, wild fire, abandonned it again
plus I felt my insides burning.

Of course if you have a buddy thats a smart ass and brags he can eat anything hot,then gets in over his head, simply encourage him to use Listerine after eating something hot...under the guise washing the tastebuds clean of Capsaicin works best with listerine...

Well to be serious... Lol... Getting my mind out of the gutter... Champurrado is a great neutralizer of heat... From spicy foods lol. It isn't hot chocolate. It is much more rich and heavy.

Edit: It has corn flour added to it. I forgot to add.

This is an amusing stry along thos lines, years ago I asked a buddy of mine at Food Lion to order me a pound of Habaneros, which he did. I brought them home used a fine cheese grater and about a third of them grated up into a pan and marinated couple dozen chicken wings to fry up the following day.

Anyhoo, after grating them up, noticed hardly no heat was noticeable in the ambient conditions in my kitchen (whereas a bottle of hot sauce opened one could tell if it is hot sauce or not)

I was pissed!

I went to the bathroom and proceeded to press Mr Johnson into service (urinating) when all of the sudden..like 3-4 seconds later...my Darth Vader look alike was on freakin Fire..im talking pain!!!


By this time my wife heard me and I told her had been prepping some hot wings...and grabbed myself...dang...went into our attached garage where we had a freezer...reached in and got half a gallon of Butter Pecan ice cream and stuck my inflamed Darth Vader beside Hans Solo and tried to carbonite freeze him..my lord it helped relieve some heat but will never, EVER do that again..(pepper preparation) as I found out the hard way your finger tips really dont sense Scovill ratings like say.....my Darth Vader wanna be does!!!!!!

I agree.
Anything with a high coontent of fat actually is a good idea to put out the fire.
Just never ever ever water ... that only distributes the Capsaicine in your mouth

This drink is really the best to neutralize... in fact it's served with many spicy food dishes.

The video does make the mistake of calling it hot chocolate, but it's really not. The trick is adding the corn meal slowly. not quick. I also suggest adding a little more chocolate. It's a helpful video.
