  • specific job request (super serious)

I need someone with experience negotiating lease deals with accredited organizations... S&P, Moody's, etc...

I need to negotiate new lease terms... securing a minimum of 15 years.

Can you do this job? What is your experience?

For example, Sam's Club has occupied a building since 1993. Their 25 year lease agreement ends in 2018. I need you to get them to sign a new deal guaranteeing they will pay the rent for at least another 15 years.

Other deals are similar. Some are easier. Like an existing 10 year term with multiple 5 year options. If they agree to one of those options, deal done. We get the property. They pay us. Profit.
To us, it is the BEAST.

I've bought two houses in my life (from real estate agents) and sold one (by myself) in Australia. I've rented a few houses in my 20's. My rates are reasonable, only half way towards 7 figures per annum. Do I get the job?

What does any of this have to do with selling weed?

I think he is buying places to rent out as part of 'weed adventures' for tourists.

I don't buy commercial properties on my own. I use REITs or services like http://richuncles.com. Managing real estate is a pain. Single properties concentrate risk.

They alsp concentrate returns but, as you said, require a lot of hands on to do well.
