If they would have said she's guilty but we've never charged anyone who broke the law exactly like she did it would be one thing, but they didn't. They said it's because she's ignorant or at best careless (did he say that?).
Stinks really bad.

Others have done similar and not been charged but I do predict that now this is more well known, that eventually someone will be for doing something similar.

For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

Wikileaks co-founder Julian Assange warns more information will be published about Hillary Clinton, enough to indict her if the US government is courageous enough to do so, in what he predicts will be “a very big year” for the whistleblowing website.
That would explain this. Good night.

Yeah, but if I was going to get sacked for it, I wouldn't expect my next job to be replacing my old boss.
Her balls out lying is what I find most disturbing. It's so typical Clinton. And why people are tired of them.
Sorry no. -Not that I couldn't write a book about what puts me off about the Clintons - it's the haters who will NEVER shut up about them that tires and bothers me more than the lies and scumbaggery and compromises in the face of evil and trail of broken ex-friends they've thrown aside all put together.
I really don't like the Clintons, but the Clinton-haters manage to out-lie and out-scumbag at every turn. That is what I dread most about getting stuck with her as President. It's the Clintons' own fault that they had professional haters follow them to Washington, but still a decade and a half past time we shun the lot.
Yeah, he was a Naval reservist and she was SOS.
But yes, that does kind of go against the claim that since there was no proven intent there was no precedence for charges.
It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

Hmm, if you hate the clintons you're a lying scumbag. A bit over generalizing don't you think?
And even if so, that's not an excuse, it's a result.

I still don't like Hillary but the fact is half of the Republicans whining about her using a personal email server did the exact same thing. The other half still don't know what email is.
The fact is the political class long ago moved to privately owned servers to try to get around public disclosure laws. It is the same reason the Bush administration used to hand its officials a new burner phone each week to get around the problem of someone subpoenaing phone records.
From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification. ...
To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions
Director Comey's statement to the press on the FBI’s investigation of Secretary Clinton’s use of a personal e-mail system during her time as Secretary of State.
So he basically says, she's not being sanctioned in any way, but other people would be.
Perhaps Democrats might start demanding the same leniency and prosecutorial restraint for everyone who isn't Hillary Clinton.
Glenn Greenwald does a good job summing up why this is so unfair. Basically if you are a low level person the laws apply to you and you go to prison or jail. If you are a wealthy, well connected head of the State Department, you don't go to prison. Most likely you go to the Oval Office.
I also think that Secretary Clinton tells lies. I think she gets away with them. I find it infuriating, because she's supposedly a public servant, running for the most important position in the US government.
Well, she is only able to do it because she tells lies better than the others. In a oligarchy, with a democratic placebo there are two tasks that one needs to do.
1. Have the ability to implement the policies of the paymasters (Hillary is really good at that)
2. Entertain the public (she is poor at that one)
Obama turned out to be good at both 1 & 2, but Hillary will do for the next cycle just fine (entertainment is optional after all)
Socrates: "Good is That at which all things aim, If one knows what the good is, one will always do what is good." Brian: "Romanes eunt domus"

can someone explain to me the differences between this and the Praetorious scandal? They both look the same from where I'm sitting.
The main difference is Petraeus intentionally gave classified information to someone who didn't have clearance.
Clinton doesn't appear to have intentionally given classified information to anyone who didn't have clearance, and while her actions may have made it more likely that the information could have been accessed, it's not clear whether or not anyone without clearance was able to obtain that information. (And the FBI feels the careless actions didn't reach the level of "gross negligence")
And even if so, that's not an excuse, it's a result.
I did say that. It's their own fault, because they're backstabbers - I just don't know why I have to hear this made-up gotcha sprung-the-trap stuff turned up to 11 all day every time one of them leaves the house. It's worse than they are.
Go after her for supporting the Second Oil Crusade - she really did that.
