RIP to a true musical genius.

[PLATO]

What a great songwriter. Hate to see him gone

[Uncle Sparky]

The problem with having the best-music-ever when you were young, is losing all the talent when you grow old.

Robbie Robertson has died.

[Berzerker]

I'm getting there

[Uncle Sparky]

Sometimes the right singer has the right song... Walsh's pitchy tone works for "Life's been Good".

[Berzerker]

never cared for the vocals of Walsh...or Neil Young...or Bob Dylan

[-Jrabbit]

RIP, Randy Meisner.
I always found it interesting that every member of the Eagles was an accomplished, pitch perfect harmony vocalist -- except for the guy who really took them to the top of the charts, Joe Walsh.

[Berzerker]

hmm...think I see why Tim wanted to be called Timothy

Tim b ****

[Berzerker]

looks like Poco and the Eagles shared more than 1 member, Tim B Schmit played in both

[SlowwHand]

I didn't realize he was with Poco
R.I.P.

[Uncle Sparky]

Take it to the limit the last time...
Randy Meisner, Eagle famous for his soaring vocals, has died

[-Jrabbit]

I grew up listening to him. Come to think of it, I've heard him literally my entire life (born in '53).
RIP to an icon and, by all accounts of my friends in the biz, one helluva great guy.
