Or rather, how similar would the parallel universe have to be to your own universe? Like maybe if you had sex with the you from the parallel universe where Al Gore won the 2000 US Presidential elections then that would be considered incest, but if you had sex with the you from the parallel universe where Germany wins WWII then that would be sufficiently divergent.
