That would actually be perfectly rational, since Obamacare makes it easier to get mental health care.

Rational and having actual numbers to support something are two different things.
It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

Like every other number you provide, I would accuse you of making them up. And as usual, I would be right.

Jane Mann, a retired science teacher, said she was concerned the panels would prevent plants in the area from photosynthesizing, stopping them from growing.

I was going to suggest that we try to restrict Kid to his already-bizarre Why Is Trump Popular thread, but apparently he has moved on. So, back to the ACA and Medicare...

Top 5 things to know about the health care law if you have Medicare:

                              1. Your Medicare coverage is protected.
Medicare isn’t part of the Health Insurance Marketplace established by the health care law, so you don't have to replace your Medicare coverage with Marketplace coverage. No matter how you get Medicare, whether through Original Medicare or a Medicare Advantage Plan, you’ll still have the same benefits and security you have now. You don’t need to do anything with the Marketplace during Open Enrollment.

                              2. You get more preventive services, for less.
Medicare now covers certain preventive services, like mammograms or colonoscopies, without charging you for the Part B coinsurance or deductible. You also can get a free yearly "Wellness" visit.

                              3. You can save money on brand-name drugs.
If you’re in the donut hole, you'll also get a 55% discount when buying Part D-covered brand-name prescription drugs. The discount is applied automatically at the counter of your pharmacy—you don’t have to do anything to get it. The donut hole will be closed completely by 2020.

                              4. Your doctor gets more support.
With new initiatives to support care coordination, your doctor may get additional resources to make sure that your treatments are consistent.

                              5. The health care law ensures the protection of Medicare for years to come.
The life of the Medicare Trust fund will be extended to at least 2029—a 12-year extension due to reductions in waste, fraud and abuse, and Medicare costs, which will provide you with future savings on your premiums and coinsurance.
The above is from Medicare.gov. Now, here's a summary from US News & World Report:

                              Medicare is ending. False.
Seniors on Medicare must buy more health insurance to comply with the ACA. False.
Medicare beneficiaries will pay more for their medications under Obamacare. Partially true. (Under the ACA, higher-income Medicare beneficiaries – the 5% who earn more than $85,000 per person or $170,000 per couple – pay slightly more for their prescription drug coverage, or Medicare Part D. The vast majority on Medicare will see their drug costs go down as the ACA begins to close the "doughnut hole," a coverage gap that is expected to be fully closed by 2020.)
Medicare beneficiaries won't be able to see their current doctors. False.
Medicare premiums are rising. Partially true. (Medicare premiums are calculated using a complicated formula established long before Obamacare, and those premiums rise annually. The new law did not change the existing formula.)
                              You're welcome, Kid.

Now, quick question: What do we call someone who believes that government-related death panels and executions are actually happening?
Is "death panel truther" the correct term?

How does anything you posted have to do with death panels. Right now the government is paying doctors to counsel patients in order to control costs. That's just the beginning. There will be political demands, just like there are in every country to increase health benefits. Do you think that money is going to grow on trees? No, there will have to be cuts to benefits to those who are not politically viable.

Also, Obama is trying to make it harder to the people to have control through the elected representatives over their health care.
