Why do online documents have my name?

I've posted my resume or cover letters on this site and others with my name removed yet when I Google my name, these documents appear. I don't understand why my name is associated with the files and I see no way to make these unavailable to Google searches.

Can anyone help me?

For apolyton specifically, is there not a way to delete attachments?
