There is always the possibility that a President's choice will be influenced by that. They may choose a more moderate candidate then they want to make the crucifixion a little less. If so theremay be a higher probability that you get another stealth justice. Once that isn't who the president thinks they are when nominated.

Why should we have laws against theft, murder, and drunk driving, if some people will break those laws, anyway? Why have laws on voting?

I guess my post went right over your head. So lets talk as a nation every time a drunk kills 6 people on the highway. you never hear about that. no matter how many laws you pile on it still going to happen. how to jeb put it? stuff happens. make guns illegal to own out right... or lets spend our time and money fixing the highways and schools first.

What's funny, is that ownership of automobiles is more regulated than ownership of firearms. That is fucked up.

no number of laws are going to change anything. there is NO fix to this issue (short or even in years term). it's going to take a generation change. start by fixing the schools so little crazy boy with no friends who feels the world owes him never comes to be. unless you're ready to commit on this level there's not much more to talk about.
