  • Would your family/co-workers recognize you in Poly?

I am just curious how many people love their anonymity in posting forums to let loose, so to speak. Are you able to speak differently here than you would with your family or co-workers?

No, I'm not nearly as sociopathic here as I am in real life.

Ha! My first poll thread. Though, I found out that I cannot vote in my own poll. Personally, I think perhaps some would, others definitely would not.

I'm far more cynical in RL, but perhaps some may recognize my writing style, general topics of conversation and my handle (I use it everywhere, including at work).

Immediate family would probably recognize me. Coworkers/classmates absolutely would not. irl, I basically don't talk to people I'm not close to unless required to.

Some people know I am posting here ... so they would probably recognize me by my nick.
Someone who doesn´t know that I am posting here, nor knows the variation of nicknames I use ...
                  probably not
