            over the course of the day today i'm going to eat six sausage mcmuffins with egg, put together my new weight bench, and do some bench press

            2500ish calories, 120g protein, 180 carbs (only 12 sugar though hah!), and 168g fat.

            not the best macro

            but still below my tdee and enough protein to make lifting worthwhile
            To us, it is the BEAST.
