AAHZ it is very nice to meet you! I actually teased my hubby last week when I looked over his shoulder and seen what he was posting. I told him he was a thread troll! Haha. I have been threatening that I would sign up and shadow him. I am not a troll, but I think I made a mistake being cute with my avatar name. It seems most folks think I am him and don't realize I am way more awesome than that. So what does AAHZ mean? Do you play Civ too?

AAHZ was a character in Robert Asprin's MYTH Adventure series and also the name of a Dungeons and Dragons character I made over 20 years ago. I used to play Civ a long time ago, but once and a while I will dabble in a game of Civ 4 when my old laptop decides not to overheat.

Thank you for responding. I was curious since everyone shortens my husband and my IDs into abbreviations. I never got into Dungeons and Dragons. My last husband was considerably younger than me and so I was naturally brought into games like Majic with his friends. I always preferred the White cards. I only have play Civ 2 once, so I really am clueless. Also, I believe I played the elf version. Ha ha...I was afraid to mess up his saved game! My hubby (MWHC) plays it a lot still, I just look over his shoulder mostly. The grandsons love watching all of the graphics and hearing the sounds. To be honest, my hubby has had that ID since the day I met him. His Ex apparently hated Civ, not me. I can't really understand a wife hating something you enjoy doing. Last winter, I learned how to spin raw wool locks straight from the fleece! Made my own spinning wheel too. Didn't want to invest in one in case I totally sucked! Ha. Anyways, my point being it was addictive and I was always just sitting there spinning, plying, or crocheting! If it wasn't for his Civ game, he may have not have been so happy about my new interest. My I am rambling! Maybe some of the confusion in this forum will be more understood if folks know me better. That's why I made this thread after all.

Awww. I am sorry that my font color is annoying. Honestly, it just makes it easier for me to see my own posts in a thread. Between the grandsons interrupting me or the stupid Internet crashing I do get lost when I come back. Plus, I had thought it was nice to break up all of the black and white. Even though I am a girl, I can't stand the color pink! Ugh. You won't see that in my posts!

As far as something embarrassing about my hubby...I had to laugh. I would think having me see his drunken texts in this forum has got to be the most embarrassing for him! Obviously, he doesn't need me to share, he does it himself!

Bruce Jenner probably said this before he came out too! Want to share more? I suppose I might get use to this bickering forum. My other forum is heavily moderated and that's initially why I teased hubby that he would get banned! Seriously, today folks use so many abbreviations it is a puzzle trying to figure out what they are saying! I am not a grammar nazi, but I do think speaking or writing correct English should be aspired to. At least, there would be less confusion and misunderstanding with online conversations!
