Actually, when they first introduced it, I guess they either used more Jalapenos, or a hotter Jalapeno variety ... at that time it was hot even for myself (and would surely have made a "normal person" spit fire
) unfortunately they toned it down afterwards ... guess there were too few "normal people" who wanted to buy Version 1 o0f the Pizza
Therefore I am always hoping for pleasant surprises when I hear spicy ... or see a few Jalapenos on the top of the box

Costco has a great deal on a $5 pizza which is fresh not frozen but made and ready to bake. They have to lose money giving that thing away for $5 but the quality is good and I guess that bargain gets people in the door.
Come to think of it Costco still offers a giant Polish sausage hot dog with a coke for $1.50. So it seems they are willing to lose a little money in order to get people coming back to buy the other stuff.Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.Comment
