Nice leap“It is no use trying to 'see through' first principles. If you see through everything, then everything is transparent. But a wholly transparent world is an invisible world. To 'see through' all things is the same as not to see.”

Margaret Thatcher secured a knighthood for a top Tory despite being warned of claims that he had held sex parties with under-age boys.
Mrs Thatcher’s former police bodyguard says he passed on allegations about Peter Morrison to the Tory prime minister in 1986.
Former deputy party chairman Morrison is now widely suspected of being a child-sex pervert.
Just four years after the warning, Mrs Thatcher personally recommended Morrison for a knighthood.
Documents obtained under Freedom of Information show she put him forward to become a Sir in December 1990, days after she resigned as PM.
The honour was conferred on Morrison by the Queen at Buckingham Palace in February 1991.
.
The revelation about Morrison comes after damning disclosures about Mrs Thatcher’s knowledge of abuse allegations against Liberal MP Cyril Smith and DJ Jimmy Savile , who were both knighted.
Morrison, who died aged 51 in 1995 from a heart attack, was one of Mrs Thatcher’s staunchest supporters and one of the first Tories to urge her to stand for leadership
The other two being Cyril Smith, knighted during her "reign" in 1988, and Leon Brittan who was recommended by her in 1989.
Also there is Jimmy, a personal favourite even got invited to several family Christmas dinners during her time in the office, who was endorsed along the way.
Jimmy Savile was given "unprecedented" power at Stoke Mandeville hospital because of endorsements and fundraising from former prime minister Margret Thatcher.
An independent report reveals how Savile abused 63 patients at the Buckinghamshire hospital, including one girl aged as young as eight who he raped up to 10 times and an 11-year-old cancer sufferer.
.
In 1980, Savile was appointed by Thatcher to oversee the funding and rebuilding of the hospital's National Spinal Injuries Centre (NCIS) despite no previous experience of managing a project of this kind.

Former Tory leader and PM who was allegedly "sexless" has been revealed to be a part of the investigation.
He was also the PM who gave first ministerial position to Thatcher, and whom Thatcher succeeded as the Tory leader.
A man has claimed he was raped by Sir Edward Heath when he was 12, as police launch an inquiry into the alleged "cover-up" of child sex abuse allegations levelled at the former Prime Minister.
In an interview with The Mirror, the alleged victim, now in his 60s, claimed he was sexually assaulted by Sir Edward in his Mayfair flat in 1961 after being picked up while hitchhiking.
.
Superintendent Sean Memory of Wiltshire Police said: "The allegation is that a trial was due to take place in the 1990s and information was received in that trial that Sir Ted Heath was involved in the abuse of children and the allegation is from the result of that information that the trial never took place.
"A retired senior police officer has come forward towards the end of 2014 indicating that they were aware of this information.
.
Sir Edward, who led the Conservative government between 1970 and 1974, never married and was famously reticent about his private life.
One biographer concluded that he may have been a latent or repressed homosexual while another thought he was "pretty well sexless".

forever?
The scale of the police inquiries into Sir Edward Heath became apparent on Tuesday as two more forces revealed they were investigating the late former prime minister over child abuse claims.
Jersey police said Heath features as part of Operation Whistle, an inquiry into child abuse on the island, while Kent police are investigating a sexual assault claim against the former Tory leader after receiving a report on Tuesday.
Four police forces are now investigating allegations against Heath after Wiltshire police issued an appeal on Monday for anyone claiming to have been a victim of abuse by Heath to come forward.
.
The inquiries by the Met were not announced publicly, but Labour MP Tom Watson said: “I received information in 2012 concerning allegations of child abuse carried out by Edward Heath,” adding that the claims were passed to police and were being investigated and taken seriously.
It is understood the claims are being investigated under Operation Midland, which falls under a wider umbrella of investigations – known as Operation Fairbank – into allegations of abuse involving senior politicians and high-profile figures.
Let's hope that they actually manage to go through with it.Socrates: "Good is That at which all things aim, If one knows what the good is, one will always do what is good." Brian: "Romanes eunt domus"
