I'm reasonably sure this guy is beyond rehabilitation, I doubt either death or a life sentence would act as a deterrent for like-minded people, and I don't really believe in desert or retribution. So I guess maybe I'd keep him locked up purely so he couldn't blow up anything else? Dunno. Pretty sure having him brutally sodomized would not improve matters, though.
