The mother****er can either do his job, the whole job, including the parts he doesn't like, or he can find another job. Pretending anti-vax is about pediatricians denying treatment to children is ridiculously stupid.

The actual comparison is:

case a: pediatrician doesn't want to treat child for religious reasons, couple want child treated
case b: pediatrician wants to treat child, couple doesn't want child treated for religious reasons

Clearly denying treatment to the child based on religious reasons is wrong in both cases. There's no slippery slope to worry about here, even if slippery slope wasn't a fallacy to begin with.
