Planet Fitness claims she was banned for "expressing her concerns about the policy". That would seem to imply she was criticizing the policy after she found out about it.

This puts her in the wrong... but at the same time she seems to be claiming that she had no knowledge of the policy until "it was too late".

Both sides are presenting what will make them look better. I say, solve it by putting up the sign. No more questions from either camp would arise.

It's interesting that a company which touts 'judgement-free zone' has commercials which mock and denigrate bodybuilders and serious fitness enthusiasts.

While also making judgment on a woman's judgment (opinion).
