To us, it is the BEAST.

Yes. It doesn't invalidate my statement though. The actions taken need to be on a larger/longer timescale only.

        We have too many teens.

Mass transit is not a priority in America.

also, made somewhat difficult by the fact that areas are a bit more spread out

            That makes no sense.

              USA: 7.6

              Well spotted

Yes, US drivers are almost twice as bad on purely miles driven - but then those figures don't take into account how the US has 16 times as much distance in roads for only 5 times the population...

              So yes, very deceptive.

Therefore your roads are three times less crowded than our roads - meaning that your roads should be safer with less objects in them to hit...

Unless that makes you more bored with less to do and turns you into the aforementioned comaed out braindead moron

Also, our country is 7 times more densely populated, with more densely populated urban environments - again the sheer weight of traffic in the UK should contribute to more accidents, not less, than the US.

Basically Americans are appalling drivers compared to those of most European states.

Not necessarily. Examine a crowded road during rush hour. It is difficult to wrap your vehicle around a light pole going 100 mph when you are stuck going 5 mph.

Road boredom is actually a thing and highway designers try to implement more curves and features as a result.

a short piece of road boredom

Yeah, 'more teens', what a ****ing moron. Like the UK doesn't have a similar proportion of teens to the US?

I agree, but roads aren't that crowded to be driving 5mph. I was averaging about 80mph along most of the M4 yesterday and that is a boring motorway - the difference is that there are likely more things to hit on my motorway than yours

So encourage not as much spreading out (maybe with cheap mass transit)? :doitnow:

                                As I said, long term.
