Whether or not it's allowed to advocate Men's rights depends on what you mean by Men's rights and how you advocate it.

To put it in a context we can all understand, it would be like advocating for Nazi rights. If you're just saying that Nazi's should be allowed free speech in a thread about Nazis or free speech that's one thing ... if you're talking about how the Jews need a good shower in every last thread in the forum then that's another. As always there's some gray area between the two extremes with no bright line other than "at what point are the moderators/admins no longer going to put up with this ****".
