but EVERYONE should be doing some sort of strength training
it is the responsibility of an abled bodied person to not let your potential go to waste
and one day, you'll be laying in a hospital bad (sadly, the most optimal situation outside of dying in sleep or suddenly without awareness) with painkillers pumped into you, all drugged up while your family struggles to say goodbye before your body shuts down
what do you think you will think about in those moments? regret you did more? what would you give to go running barefoot on a beach again? smiling at the fit, young females who you pass (regardless of your age, self-identified poly geezers)?
