It's by Bungie, the guys behind Halo. I liked the first Halo.
And the second and third too.
ODST was kind of lame. Reach had the best multiplayer.

I messaged a very attractive woman on OKC who said her name was "Destiny". I ended my snarky half assed attempt with "nice stripper name btw".
