Given the people with talents around here, we could easily come up with a Poly community project or something, use an app like Game Maker, and come up with something fun.

I really want to play games that ordinarily would not get made because of the subject material.... like the aforementioned Somali pirate roguelike...

or a concentration camp tycoon game...

a Civ game... but with actual war and genocide, not just two "units" colliding into each other until one disappears

This game is awesome to play in your imagination. I just "hired" Greenpeace through an anonymous donation to take the USS OBAMA and ram my opponents' oil rigs. Then I drummed up international outrage against the resulting oil spill by getting hollywood starlets to promote #deadbabydolphin on Twitter. After that I was able to buy up licenses to the entire Gulf of Mexico for a song ... I achieved oil transcendence by 2042.
