    nice book.
    apparently in it, geithner says how baroso (EU commissioner)* asked the US to aid EU and italian political forces to overthrow berlusconi in italy. Something to which the US said no ( )

    other points of interest greek financial crisis and the old testament punishment our EU partners were contemplating. something to which geithner said " it is terrorizing..."

    what happened the US? a true ally? at last?


    *let us take a moment to contemplate that the EU consciously attempted the overthrow of a democratically elected leader...
