that story made an impression.
so, if someone has entered a house, the house owner can kill him, if he so decides?
How can the court determine if the person reasonably believed he was in danger?
And why didn't the home owner simply yelled: get out of my garage you dumb **** I'm going to shoot you in the ass" or something similiar and instead just... shot...cold bloodedly.
and why was he allowed to have a gun in the first place?
the poor guy just went there to study and was having the time of his life and then someone killed him out of the blue because he was in his garage? (maybe by mistake?)
