        His show was on at 8PM - 9PM. I think it was on later at first, but definitely still before 11PM.

                            Jimmy Fallon is killing it. There is no way Ferguson was going to step into a more competitive time slot. CBS was loyal to Letterman but they want to be #1. There were not going to get there with Ferguson.

                              I'm unsure whether they are targeting the same audiences, but under that premise I agree. The Ratings... . With the money they spent on Letterman they can experiment in that Timeslot. Although it might've been a better Idea to either get a British Host or go a completely different route.
