AFAIK, Civ 5 just implemented modding via the steam workshop... which kinda made civ forum mod sections into ghost towns. But that is something not necessarily restricted to Civ games.To us, it is the BEAST.Comment

I watched the pandas take it in the neck up close. A bad game can do horrible damage to community morale, and thus 'poly in its current sad circumstances.
