Actually it's more about whether it's worthwhile following up an in depth debate with someone. Is it possible that the janitor is right and the physicist is wrong? Sure, it's also possible that New York will be obliterated tomorrow by a rogue asteroid no-one noticed. In this case however, the chance that BK understands more about the medical effects of vaccines than a doctor who has been in the profession for half a century is small enough that we can discount it, especially given that his argument is clearly just based on the religious angle of 'this gives young girls a license to have more sex! Evilz!!'.
