    The Dallas Cowboys, Legends Hospitality and Chef Yutaka Yamato will create the first ever 100-yard sushi roll in a NFL stadium. The event takes place at 8 a.m. Wednesday and benefits the North Texas Food Bank.
    Following the 100-yard roll, volunteers will enjoy the delicious sushi prepared with the leadership of the Legends Culinary Team.
    Legends Hospitality will be donating $1 for every AT&T Stadium tour ticket sale on November 20 to the North Texas Food Bank
    The sushi roll will contain:
    100 yards of seaweed wrap
    150 lbs. of sushi rice
    200 lbs. of smoked Wagyu beef brisket
    80 lbs, of asparagus
    5 pounds of serrano peppers
    Cowboy roll sauce made with fresh ginger
    400 Bamboo Mats
