Yeah, because every other countries experiences of lifting communities out of poverty can't be used as examples, because your poverty is just so different and special.

Nationally you keep demonizing the poor, reducing support programs and supporting an ideology that says that the poor are poor because they don't work hard enough. Then you act surprised that you have ghettos of poor folks who turn to crime because they can't see any future. Oh but they can always just go join the army..
