If you mean that photo I posted of the terrible, terrible, terrible french fries at 5 guys then, yes, that would be appropriate. Dry ass over cooked burgers with limp mushy french fries. 5 Guys is an abomination.

Last week I tried Burger Kings new low fat french fries. They were ok but not great. I also noticed they seemed to put twice as much salt on their fries to make up for the fact that they're low in fat and so not as tasty. Believe it or not McD's french fries are the best in the fast food catagory; it's the only thing I like at McD's. What's odd is McD's fries are the most processed of all as they're powdered potato starch mixed with water then poured into a mold but I guess their twice fried method of cooking makes up for their terrible ingredients.

It's not Burger King's fries specifically that I like, it's whatever shape/style they're in. Plenty of places do it better.

The last time I went to Burger King, I only went because the only better option in the area was closed (Sunday, so CFA wasn't an option). Yuck. If I'm ever in that situation again, I'll just buy a microwave meal from a convenience store.

Anyway, waffle fries are good, I guess. I'm not that particular about my lumps of potato.

I am the world's least picky eater. I had burger king earlier today and it was fine. For $4.30 you get what you pay for.

Poutine is actually quite good, Al. You're like my nephew in that you have to be told to try food before you announce that you hate it.

Personally, I'd consider improving poutine by including sliced mushrooms (I just like those in gravy) and maybe some thinly sliced green scallions on top for color.
