Oh. I get it. You don't know what the word "hijacked" means.

To us, it is the BEAST.

Okay...point taken. Let me restate. Most Republicans are more about fiscal conservatism than Tea Party conservatism. They remain the majority of the party and at the end of the day the party will follow their agenda. The Tea Party is a fart in the wind. They will stink up the place for a while and then disappear into nothingness.

About the same. Humor is a wonderful gift from God.

          So is a beautiful ass.

Do you believe half a dozen to a dozen major Republican figures who are elected to the US Senate? Because they've also said their party has been hijacked by tea party extremists. You can try to dismiss it by claiming it's just Chris Matthews but the reality is a hell of a lot of Republicans (and former Republicans who now have become independents because they felt excluded) all say the same thing. The reason so many people from different political bents have been saying the Republican Party has been hijacked is because it has.

See my post above on clarification.

                  Reading is fundamental!

I would like to see the question actually asked and the context it was asked in. I would imagine that a majority of Republicans identify with some aspects of the Tea Party. However, using your statistic...isn't it another way of saying "A majority of Republicans don't identify with the Tea Party"? Just saying...it is all in presentation.

Speaking of tea bagger extremists... It looks like they just killed the bipartisan deal to reopen the government and prevent a default.

Find the latest political news stories, photos, and videos on NBCNews.com. Read breaking headlines covering Congress, Democrats, Republicans, and more.

There was already talk that the Congress wouldn't have time to pass the existing agreement before default occurred especially with ****bags like Ted Cruz saying he'd put a hold on the bill thus slowing it down and forcing the government into default but now things look even worse. The lunatics truly are running the Republican Party now and they seem intent on destroying the national economy and causing massive increases in interest rates. I personally now give us a 2/3rds chance of the Republicans causing a national default and only a 1/3rd chance that the sane people can still save the day.

What really pisses me off is all of this is entirely unnecissary and the fault of a tiny minority who simply is refusing to do their jobs because they want to throw a temper tantrum because they lost to a black guy (again). We now have only a day and a half before default occurs and Tea Baggers are still trying to block an agreement.

So in your mind anybody who disagrees with Obama is a racist and a sore loser to a half Negro.

                          That's mighty white of you.

No, but a lot of tea baggers certainly are; they've proved that over and over again.

Ahh, the old dodge. "We're not racist even if we constantly act racist." Frankly, given how you deny your own obvious problems I just don't feel like going through the motions with you any more. Rest assured many people see it, basically everyone who has paid any attention what so ever. And then you wonder why you get responses like the one Guy gave you earlier. Basically we've gone round and round with you and I just don't see going another time around is going to get you to admit what everyone else already knows. If you're really interested you can use google because there is plenty out there (hell, I linked to one of the most recent examples above in this very thread) but I do not see a reason to waste my time on someone who will just cover his eyes and claims he can't see anything.

Oh, and, no, most of them don't know the first thing about the constitution and it is just a buzz word for some of the least informed people in the country. Kind of like how they constantly scream about socialism without even knowing what the definition of socialism even is.
