And now he's trotting his wife out there to defend him. I feel sorry for her. He's basically humiliating her in public now. The body language is telling too. She looks like a battered wife. Maybe not physical abuse (though that wouldn't surprise me), but definitely mental/emotional.

I couldn't agree more Sava, the media conference was hideous, painful to watch, especially his wife. Her upper torso was conservative, supportive, her skirt I can only describe as a cry for help, it shrieked inner turmoil and distress. I felt so sorry for her, married to that creep.

Eliot Spitzer deserves 9000 volts of justice from Old Sparky. He abused his authority in every way he could, blackmailing executives to forfeit their pay under threat of vigilantism, coercing companies not to provide legal representation for their employees he was prosecuting...oh, and cracking down on prostitution except for the ring where he was a customer.

I exaggerate only slightly, those things don't deserve the death penalty, but it's pretty ****ing horrible **** he was doing and if there were justice in the world he'd be locked up for what he's done.
