Saw a pirated copy. Glad I didn't pay to see it.
If you've read the book forget everything you know when going to watch the movie. The movie and book only have the title in common.
More like rabies than zombies as the virus that causes the outbreak.
Typical overblown action and unbelievable situations and stunts.

Example....Blow a grenade in a passenger liner plane and be one of two only survivors of the crash.

Oh well, some of you may enjoy if you liked Prometheus.

The cure/ camouflage for the rabies/zombies outbreak is laughable!

the PG-13 rating really hurt this movie.

Don't know why they call them zombies? They just bite to spread the virus not to eat living people.
This movie is more like that movie 28 days.

Saw it in 3D at the theater with Net and her younger sisters. Was a little worried it'd be scary for the youngsters. Not an issue. They were laughing at the zombies by about 10 minutes in.

Watched Prometheus for the first time last night. I'm on a roll!

BTW, it's been argued that much of the recent decline in movie quality is due to piracy; as profits drop, studios become more conservative. That is, they stick to things that have worked before. Lots of sequels, remakes and reboots, adaptations of novels, etc. So, in a way, it's your fault.

**** movies are good to "watch" while you're doing something more important. Reading a dense technical document is awful, but reading a dense technical document is bearable while there's a bad horror movie on in the background.
