(from the perspective of someone who just wishes they'd leave us all alone)
President: Manning
Vice-President: Snowden
Chief of Supreme Court: Glenn Greenwald
Reasons: Best understanding of the the US Constitution seen so far.
Defense Appropriations Committee: CODE Pink, all of them. Reason: Most likely to rein in reckless war spending.
Federal Reserve Chairman: Paul Reason: Most likely to reduce reckless currency issuance.
National Security Director: Assange Reason: Best understanding of the proper position of national security vs the rights of private citizens.
White House Press Secretary: Bill Maher Reason: Best at helping America understand itself (in lieu of Carlin)
Secretary of State: Nader Reason: Most likely to give environmental issues their proper prominence and to recast the 'special relationships' between the US and foreign governments in terms of a return to Westphalian national sovereignty.
(I consider JPM and GS effectively part of the US government under the current system)
JPM CEO: William Banzai
GS CEO: Tyler Durden
Reasons: Most likely to operate these organizations in the interests of the American people.
If nothing else, they'd make for interesting TV...
My slate faces a few MINOR difficulties, but overall....
