I think people forget that Iran actually has a fairly well educated, intelligent, and active population. There's a pretty sizable base from which an Iranian Arab Spring might arise.

All of the opposion used smart phones and laptops to organize their protests so anything which improves that helps bring about change as well as results in greater profits for US companies.
