  • New car

Well, used, but new for me

Burgundy 2010 Honda Accord EX sedan. 42,000 miles. It has a working dashboard clock, which is a step up from my previous car, a green 2000 Honda Accord LX. We bought it for a very good price from Enterprise car sales.

Very excited. Pictures later, possibly, if I feel like it.

    Edit: Picture

I like Accords. They acquired a reputation for being a car for old people over here, but I'd drive one.

42k miles on a rent-a-car, hmm. Not sure I'd go for that, but whatever works for you. How much did you/your parents/whomever pay for it?

Pretty good car for a college student.

My old accord ran for 13 years. We had an Odyssey than ran about that long too. And a CRV that's still kicking almost 10 years later. Hondas are great.

Enterprise takes really good care of its cars--Kuciwalker got a Prius in excellent condition from them, and this car also appears to be in very good condition. I don't put that many miles on my car--my 2000 Accord only had about 63,000 miles on it. I don't really want to post the exact amount we paid but it was less than $20,000. And the car has lots of nice extra features too--leather seats (), built in GPS nav, dimming mirrors, heated seats...very cool stuff (in a 20 year old's opinion!) considering my last car just had a tape deck. I listened to Fleetwood Mac on cassette all the way home from Pittsburgh.

                    looks good
                    nice color
                    get some limo tint
                    and 18 inch chrome wheels

take good care of the wheels and you can probably sell them on ebay for 75% of the value

retains value better than the car

Are you going to ram the bumper into a stationary object like your last Accord?

                            1. I didn't ram anything.
                            2. It wasn't stationary.

What happened was a broken tire lying in the road got kicked up by a truck and slammed into my bumper while I was going 80 miles an hour. I had two options: 1) Allow the tire to hit my car or 2) try to dodge it and careen into traffic in the other lane. I picked 1.

Congrats - and you have got one in a nice colour
With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.
