    Since they're only cleaning away dirt, grim, and paint it seems like it would get around most anti-graffiti laws too.

        Artistic graffiti is cool. There's been a long, long stretch of brick wall on Forest Lane in Dallas that has had it forever. Now, as you've noted, it's becoming even more accepted.
