I'm sorry, when was the last time you played it?

There's no game balance, some intentionally campy and dumb voiceovers from the old Need for Speed era, no FMV, no classic CC interface, a generic and dull campaign, and a bunch of Mortal Kombat style ordered skirmishes that require nil strategic thought (They just require you to realize such insights as "The enemy will always attack with nothing but a ton of this specific form of unit, no matter what, because it's hard scripted and this game is crap"). Oh, and the graphics blow and blew.
