    Chicago

    I am in Chicago (Fermilab) for the next ~45 days.

    I would be glad to meet apolytoner type people some evening or afternoon (preferably Saturday or Friday) before I leave (mid June).

    Unfortunately, I don't think I have access to a car, so getting around is a bit difficult.

      Fermilab. It is in Warrenville (near Aurora/Batvaria/etc).

          I have been in ORD about 25 times, but have never left. So I've never been to Chicago.
          I want to go. Specifically to Hot Doug's... and some museums I guess.

            ORD is in Chicago city limits, so, you've been in Chicago (Yes, we gerrymander our airports!)

                  Ah, Jon, didn't realize you could actually stay there.

                  I live in Oak Park, a few others live in the north or south... we'd probably want to just do any meetup downtown, I guess. Can you get to a Metra stop? Like this one:

                            RAH's or Ming's houses are sort of far off for Jon, but if Sava is driving perhaps that would be doable, if they are interested (I'd also drive, but it sounds like Sava's closer than Oak Park?)
