Arizona spitefully takes aim at transgender people

Law introduced that would penalize transpeople for using toilet facilities different than their recorded gender at birth. Cause obviously this is really important and happens all the time and women would be more uncomfortable with m2f than f2m in their restrooms.

I feel like parts of the nation are just spitefully introducing laws because they cant handle progress.

I would guess the law applies to both transsexuals and transgender, given the wording. Limiting it to pre-op and non-op transgender would use a different wording ("consistent with bodily organs" or something dumb like that).

Either way, bigots They just make sure the country moves further and further in the direction of equality and justice.

It's not necessarily seeing them, it's when someone decides to play show and tell without your consent.
