  • Chemical weapons go off in Syria.

It seems to be a very small release as only 25 people were injured and no one seems to know wtf happened. Was it the government? Was it the rebels? Was it an attack by Islamic Militants who some how got the hands on something? Or was it just a shell which hit the wrong building which was holding some chemical weapons. There really isn't much information here but all sides are blame others right now.

Honestly, it doesn't look like a big enough deal to justify a western intervention but if more happen...

OH, BTW it looks like the protests which have been going on for over a year now in Yemen will also soon topple the military dictator who has ruled that country for the last 30-35 years. Recently a bunch of military officers defected to the opposition taking their units with them so expect a civil war there too.

"I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration somehow you're not patriotic. We should stand up and say we are Americans and we have a right to debate and disagree with any administration." - Hillary Clinton, 2003

I like how you made this thread after posting in the other one.
          John Brown did nothing wrong.
