        • Hey Kid, here's a new article about scientists telling you that alien life is inevitable. Enjoy.

I miss seeing the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence when I lived in San Francisco. That was pretty hilarious.

If only real nuns were that much fun, instead of being like the ones portrayed in Peter Mullan's 'The Magdalen Sisters'...

Peter Mullan's dramatisation of the horrific Magdalene laundries scandal outraged the Vatican. But women who were abused by the system say it does not go far enough. By Fiachra Gibbons

A few of the men involved dress like priests - I don't think such deviants should be allowed.

Alas, what hope is there for many Roman Catholics after the kind of upbringing they had ? I've met so many R.C.'s into B.D. & S.M., and it can't all be down to grotesque Gothic crucifixes and images of Saint Sebastian... but I confess, as much as straight men seem to enjoy attractive nubile women in nun's habits, priestly get up has never rung my eucharist bell... and don't get me started on polyester teeth telly evangelists.

With great enjoyment. The kind of film that makes you inadvertently honk liquids you're drinking from your nostrils.

              Gee, sexist much ?

How exactly does one 'whine like a woman' in a written thread ? My grandmother would have punched your lights out for daring to say that to her face.

You're suggesting that the scientists didn't really say what they're quoted as saying? That would be strange given that they were basically stating the obvious.

Any scientist that says that alien life is inevitable isn't worth two cents.

Thankfully your opinion of the worth of scientists is about as relevant as Miley Cyrus opinion on gravel quarrying.

Because when you put a scientist on TV they suddenly stop being a real scientist?

                          • They're probably going to find evidence of alien life in a few years. Why commit yourself to such a position?

                              • I have a question.

Lot's of old school protestants are very anti-jesuit (I mean the type that are anti-catholic, they are even more anti-jesuit).

However, when I read about the jesuits they seem like a good group.

What is the reason why some protestant groups fear them?
