    GOP Lt. Governor Resigns After Making 2,000 Improper Late-Night Calls

    Another day, another scandal from those "family values" GOP politicians,..

    This time it's a Nebraska lt. governor that made around 2,000 calls to adult sex lines on his state issued phone. It's likely that these calls were made on taxpayer dime.

    The Lt. governor has since resigned.

    Calling phone sex lines isn't the issue but using a government phone and sticking taxpayers with the bill is. Also Sheehy specifically ran on a "family values" platform about god, guns, and gays with the need for moral purity, what ever the **** that means, so, yes, it's fair to target him for his hypocrisy.

    I hope he didn't make all of those calls in one night. I mean, I like jerking off but 2000 times in one night seems a bit much.

                    Lt. Governors are like Vice Presidents but even less interesting. The attorney general in most states is far more important and higher profile (and usually the second-most powerful person after the governor).

                        Well, I agree he seems to have had nothing meaningful to do thus his 2000 calls at taxpayer expense to phone sex lines.
