**** suspicion. I wrote him off from day one of that handle.

You called it "quite offensive". If you weren't offended, who are you speaking for?

And WHY is it not ok to put in print? Because it's saying the Israelis are killing Palestinians? What?

Because it's a pretty blatant throwback in art style to Nazi and Arab propaganda? That's not a coincidence.

It's the style Gerald Scarfe has been using for 50 years to cover absolutely all manner of political topics.

Interior Minister: 'Israel is for the white man'

Let's reflect on the irony of an Interior Minister of Arab-Jewish background, a member of a party that explicitly sets itself apart from the rest of the country on the basis that is a Arab Jewish party, and seeks benefits for its own particular ethnic group, explaining that Israel is for the white man.

"Israel is for the white man, which is why I, a Jew of Arab background, and a member of an Arab-Jewish party, form coalitions in every government and am myself a minister. I'm an Arab Jewish Interior Minister--for the white man."

This an abject nonsense pushed by a man who would be out of a job if he weren't in the job of race baiting. That's his entire job description. No race baiting, no Shas.

Efrat http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Efrat_(organization) - an Israeli NGO trying to prevent people from aborting is used by some as an example of how evil zionists are trying to win a population war

Ethiopian immigration - is provided by some as an example of zionsts trying to win the population war.

Ethiopians from extremely poor backgrounds are provided with contraception - provided by some as proof that zionists are racist trying to kill African jews.

Some cases of Israeli soldiers calling sexual favors from palestinian women - Israel is a nation of rapists.
Statistics that show that the occupation of the Palestinian territories has resulted in almost zero sexual assault, an unheard of stastic in times of war - that's because Israeli soldiers don't see palestinians as human.

This sort of ****ing behavior is what makes taking Israel criticism harder and harder as time goes on. No matter what ****ing happens, it is somehow proof that I am living in a state "just like Nazi Germany hurr durr irony"

If you are a Palestinian who is using these sorts of tactics in order to smear Israel, it is one thing. That's why I am not even mad at Al, although I'd be less loyal to that sort of behavior if I was him. But if you are a european or american using this sort of logic, you've got issues, man.

I think the deliberate attack on the Liberty isn't really in the realm of conspiracy theories. Mistaking a 10,000 ton US vessel with half the antennae on the planet and a parabolic moon-bounce antenna for a 2,100 ton derelict camel-hauler stretches credulity. I think they didn't appreciate our blatantly sticking our nose so far under the tent given what else was going on at the time, and like major powers often do, we let the iincident slide on the greater altar of global geopolitical strategy. **** happens. If I'd been running the IDF, I would have sent the same message. Of course, Frau Speer will read a bunch of "the US is beholden to the evil Zionist entity" crap into it.

This was the main complaint, along with the cartoon being printed on International Holocaust Rememberance Day which was pretty insensitive.

                          **** the cartoon.

Go try to find this story on CNN. As for 0700 EST, it's not being reported.

Pro-Israel media will never report on stuff like this.

Nazi propaganda? Pray tell - what Nazi propaganda does it look like?
