        I feel your pain. I put those folks in the "criminal" category.

        A good rule of thumb - If they are in hiding they are probably a terrorist. Keep in mind, those under a death sentence aren't eligible picks and since the drone victims have extra-judicial sentences against them they are iffy for that reason as well.

        The old rules didn't prevent a Top 20 Al Qaeda list from being submitted....

              As a head of state (albeit a crumbling one) he is eligible.

              Kissinger has to be careful where he travels as well but is also eligible.

                    Fun fact: the Mayans didn't have the concept of leap year. So according to their accounting of time, 12/21/12 was months ago and the world should have ended already.
