Gallup, for whatever reason, has been really extreme compared to the other main polls. They're not that bad of a poller normally, so it'll be interesting to see if their ideas are right or not.

                Oh,

                That's even funnier.

Everyone's predictions are "funny" if they turn out to be wrong. He starts with the assumption (perfectly reasonable) that the polls are skewed, and makes the case for a few states like MN to add to the Romney tally.

Personally, I wouldn't take anyone seriously at this point when predicting a candidate getting 300+ Electoral Votes.

I'm absolutely ready to eat my words if it turns out like that, but when exactly did it become 'perfectly reasonable' to assume that the polls are all skewed and that only a few clever souls have picked up on this? An awful lot of pollsters stand to look absolutely ridiculous if they badly mess this up, and is it really plausible that its the vast majority who are going to end up holding the burning end of the stick? I'll give you 'possible' sure, but a perfectly reasonable assumption?

It's perfectly reasonable to think most of the pollsters are ****ing idiots except for a few brave souls at Rasmussen, of course.
