"Nearly" doesn't mean "it rounds to that". You couldn't say "Obama's been in office for nearly no time at all. It's been four years and last I recall, numbers below five round to zero."

I'm proud Ogie is defending a point that I didn't particularly consider of import when the point was that Romney hasn't been in charge of Mass government for a **** long time and it's a bit ridiculous to blame him for a failiure of government that occured years after he left office.

I don't understand how they got away with interstate sales of pharmaceuticals with coming under regulation by the FDA. I understand the idea of the compounding pharmacy being regulated only by the state board of pharmacies, but this company was engaged in large scale interstate commerce.

Just think, if this was China the owners would be facing the death penalty.
